Read the alert before rushing to lock.

MBS are still up an eighth of a point. 

MBS are down between an eighth and a quarter of a point from the prices seen during many lenders' rate sheet print times. Look at your timestamp and line it up with the UMBS 6.0 chart (or use the "my change" column on the dashboard). 

Normally .125-.25 in weakness versus rate sheet print times = reasonably high reprice risk. 

This risk can vary more than normal when volatility has been extreme. If your lender already came out flat to weaker versus yesterday's latest rates, the risk may be less than normal. 

That said, we'd still keep a close eye on the screen in case things deteriorate further.
